Regular Membership with Fairwoods is open to members, with membership renewed annually. Application for membership may be made with the following form:  MemberApplication(Regular).pdf

Associate Membership with Fairwoods is open to Christian families, providing there is a regular member of Fairwoods that sponsors this membership.  The following form may be used to apply for associate membership:  MemberApplication(Associate).pdf

The facilities at Fairwoods may be reserved by groups -- to make use of the grounds, including the beach and picnic areas.  For groups that involve current members of Fairwoods, the following form may be used: FacilitiesReservation(Member).pdf

Non-members are also welcome to reserved the facilities, and they may use the following form for reservations:  FacilitiesReservation(Non-Member).pdf

For campers that are requesting use of the campground facilities, the following form is provided:  CampgroundReservation.pdf
